FaithGuard ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use The Berean.
Account Information: When you sign in, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Replit Auth.
Usage Data: We track the number of analyses you perform for billing and service improvement purposes.
Content Submitted: Text you submit for analysis is processed by our AI system. We may store brief previews (first 500 characters) in your analysis history for your reference.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
We retain your account information as long as your account is active. Analysis history is kept for your reference and can be deleted upon request. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

Text you submit is sent to OpenAI for theological analysis. OpenAI's data retention and usage policies apply. We recommend not submitting personally identifiable information in your analysis requests.

The Berean is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
