Troubleshooting

"Admin approval required" error

This appears for work/school accounts when your organization requires IT approval for new apps. Contact your IT administrator or use a personal Microsoft account.

Can't find my saved reports

Reports are saved to a folder called "Berean Reports" in the root of your OneDrive. You can also search for "berean-analysis" in OneDrive.

"Token expired" or authentication errors

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your OneDrive. If the issue persists, clear your browser cookies and try again.

Connection works on desktop but not mobile

Make sure you're signed into the same Microsoft account on both devices. The PWA uses the same connection as the desktop site.
